My work is rooted in the belief that our stories are powerful and deserve to be heard. It is my dream and honor to walk with clients wherever they are on their journey, however the themes that most commonly arise with my clients are:

I use an eclectic approach in my work, pulling from Narrative Therapy, attachment-theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, I utilize systems theory throughout my work.

Fees

My standard fee is $105 per clinical hour (50 minutes). I offer an income based sliding-scale on a limited basis. If needed, please inquire about my reduced rates.

I accept cash or check. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. I do not bill insurance, but I am happy to provide receipts for each session that may be accepted by your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement to you.

Clients are free to cancel or change a scheduled appointment provided a 24-hour notice has been given. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged the regular session fee.
